: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Health Insurance Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of health insurance processes, claim processing, and database management. Additionally, expertise in Power BI and analytics is essential to excel in this role. Responsibilities: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret and analyze health insurance data. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in claim processing efficiency and accuracy. Implement strategies to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to health insurance and incorporate findings into analytical processes. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis to support. decision-making processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Data Science, or Computer Science. Proven experience in health insurance knowledge and claim processing, preferably in a data analysis role. Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience with database management systems, SQL, and data manipulation techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
