Position Overview: PW is looking for a dedicated and skilled CLAT, Design & Architecture Exams Faculty to join our dynamic educational team at PW. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding aspiring candidates preparing for various Design & Architecture, CLAT & OLETs exams. As a member of our faculty, you will lead by example, delivering engaging lectures, facilitating interactive classes, and developing comprehensive study materials to support students in achieving success in their entrance exams. Targeted Entrance Exams: CLAT, AILET, Other Law Entrances (UG) NIFT (UG), NID (UG), UCEED for B.Des/B.F.Tech NATA, JEE Mains (Paper 2), JEE Advanced (AAT) for B.Arch Profile - English Lecture Faculty Qualification - Postgraduate/ Graduate in English Vacancy - 1 Remark - Prior English Teaching. Experience for CLAT/JEE Mains (Paper 2) / UCEED / NID / NIFT exams will be given priority Key Responsibilities : Conducting Engaging Lectures: Deliver interactive and engaging lectures on CLAT, Design & Architecture entrance exams related topics, including CLAT, Design & Drawing Foundation, Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning, Mathematics, English, etc. covered in CLAT, Design & Architecture entrance exams. Curriculum Development: Assisting in developing comprehensive study & practice materials, curating lecture plans, and exam-oriented content to assist students in understanding complex concepts effectively. Assessment and Evaluation: Assess students" progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide personalized feedback. Individualized Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and academic support to students, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges. Classroom Management: Ensure a conducive learning environment in the classroom, fostering an atmosphere of positivity, motivation, and active participation. Stay Updated with Exam Patterns: Keep abreast of the latest CLAT, Design & Architecture entrance exam patterns, syllabus changes, and industry trends to deliver relevant and up-to-date content to students. Continuous Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Student Mentorship: Act as a mentor to the aspirants, guiding them through the exam preparation process and providing career advice in CLAT, Design & Architecture field Requirements : Education and Experience: Post Graduate/Graduate in English Prior experience as a CLAT/Design/Architecture Faculty for CLAT/Design & Architecture entrance exams preparation is highly desirable. Passion for Teaching: Strong passion for teaching and a demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts for students" understanding. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of students. Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology, online teaching platforms, and digital learning tools. Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with students" challenges and provide patient and supportive guidance throughout their exam preparation journey. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and strategies to suit individual learning styles.
