Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager - Commercial Interior Design Projects We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting our commercial interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the interior design or related industry. They will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our services to secure new commercial interior design projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by driving sales and expanding our client base. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to generate leads and promote our commercial interior design services. Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects. developers, contractors, real estate professionals, and other key stakeholders in the commercial construction industry. Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements, showcase our capabilities, and address client concerns. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new projects while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our professional network. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and content creation initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or commercial construction industry. Strong understanding of the commercial interior design process, including space planning, furniture selection, finishes, and construction documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and value propositions to clients. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, influencers, and industry professionals. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and drive. Creative thinker with a passion for design and innovation. Willingness to travel and attend evening or weekend events as needed. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a sales and marketing manager in commercial interiors design projects.
