: Logic Pursuits Consulting India Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR
Generalist with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for
human resources, good understanding of HR principles and practices, and exceptional communication skills.
This role will involve collaborating with various departments to support HR initiatives, managing employee
relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, coordination with recruiting agencies,
facilitate resumes screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including conducting orientation
sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and
benefits.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and
disciplinary actions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
