Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js Lead to spearhead the design and development of scalable backend services and APIs. This role demands hands-on technical expertise, customer interaction experience, and strong leadership qualities to mentor and guide a dynamic development team.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.

Interact with business stakeholders and customer teams to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.

Drive technical decision-making, backend architectural enhancements, and code optimization efforts.

Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team.

Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure backend code meets high standards for quality, performance, and security.

Collaborate with project managers and provide regular updates on deliverables and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Node.js.

In-depth knowledge of API design standards including RESTful and GraphQL services.

Solid understanding of microservices architecture and server-side development patterns.

Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with prior experience working in customer-facing or consulting roles.

Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and experience participating in collaborative, iterative development cycles.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills:

Certifications related to backend development, cloud platforms, or Agile practices.

Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and distributed team environments.
