We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Lead to join our dynamic for our product testing. As a Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with the development team and project managers to establish and execute effective testing strategies. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of testers to ensure high-quality software products are delivered on time.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with project managers and developers to establish testing requirements and priorities.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and resolve software defects.
- Create and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
- Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Perform risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and incorporate industry best practices.
- Train and mentor team members on testing techniques and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Solid experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- ISTQB certification is a plus
