Once here you will-
- Take on end-to-end ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Work closely with development and business partners to ensure timely collaboration and resolution
- Ensure reproducibility, auditability and traceability of deliverables
- Leading the test team to work efficiently.
- Working with upstream and Downstream applications and designing the test plan
- Develop expert knowledge of the software in test and any other impacted applications
- Maintenance/up-gradation of existing automation scripts
- Conduct feasibility study, assist with automation utilizing current frameworks and tools
- Assist in building and configuring test environments
- Monitor environmental impacts, communicate potential risks, provide mitigation plans
- Map test cases to the requirements, provide requirement traceability metrics (RTM)
- Prepare robust test cases, log defects and produce status reports
- Utilize JIRA as the defect tracking system and report issues promptly and accurately
- Participate in defect/issue triage sessions, follow defects through closure
- You will also be responsible for producing written reports with recommendations and insights for key stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies to assess and mitigate risks in Quality Assurance
An ideal candidate will have-
- Desired 7 years or above experience in test planning, design, test strategy and test execution of highly complex systems
- Experience with test automation scripting, scheduling and reporting with Selenium and Jenkins
- Experience in Automation Tools - Selenium, WebDriver
- Experience with QA strategies such as mocking, pairwise testing, UI and API level testing
- Knowledge of Testing methodology (TDD,BDD)
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Strong business knowledge of financial systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is occurring, and ambiguity is the norm
- Experience working with teams in multiple geographical locations
- Previous Core banking experience is highly desirable
