Job Description

6 years of hands-on LDAP experience
Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, electronics and communication background.
Strong understanding of LDAP v3 directory services, networking, firewalls, PKI, and TLS
High proficiency with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting
Incident, problem, and service request ticketing experience
Excellent problem-solving skills
Fluent verbal and written English language and communication skills

Preferred candidates will also have:

Experience with Identity and Access Management services or projects
Experience working on ForgeRock Directory Services
Experience with RADIUS

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

Support service requests, such as data maintenance
Directly support directory integrations for customer applications
Solve technical problems with the directory services
Perform recurrent maintenance tasks on the directories
Monitor the current environment and take proactive actions to maintain the service
Participate in service upgrade and enhancement deployments
Mentor junior team members
