Role & responsibilities
Identification and resolution of network faults, coordinating with Bandwidth provider for link managementan and resolve within SLA.
Experience in troubleshooting of routing,switching networks.
Experience in Ticket Managements in Service Desk.
Perform Network Monitoring and take corrective action as per SOP
- Configuring network elements such as switches, routers , Firewall.
- Responsible for Firewall Management, Patch Management of network appliances, Proxy management
- Responsible for NAT, DNS, Public and private IP allocation
- Responsible for Network & Server Load Balancing, separation of Datacenter networks, redundant WAN links & connectivity and blocking of unwanted traffic
- Monitoring any packet flooding, DoS, Intrusion attempts analysis
- Expereince in Datacentre support operations.
Knowledge on ISO process and documentation.
Should be able to work in shifts
SLA,TPA and customer management.
Experience on Radware/Fortigate security devices/Check point/Defence pro/F5/WAF
Should be good in troubleshooting all technical issues and report RCA.
Front end for all technical discussions and work on SIPs.
Should be able to support L2 team for all technical issues reported.
Good working knowledge on Server Load balancers.
Education, Qualifications, and Certifications
B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (ECE/EEE/CS/IT) with relevant experience of 8+ years
Certification on CCNP or CCIE(LAB) certification and Certifications of Radware/ Checkpoint / F5 / Fortinet .
