Role & Job Content : Act as a Technology Ambassador for SE/ Electrical Distribution Network Offers Ensuring success of Digital Technologies, Digital offers, Digital Tools & Platforms Supporting Sales on Customer conversion & creating preference Understanding customer needs, specification & proposing the solution. Presales & application support for products, LV Systems and Solutions Conceive, plan and Organize promotional activities and events Drive & position Technological Evolution with all internal & external stakeholders Manage Pricing (SPAs), Delta Price(DP) and profitability for respective offers in the region. Qualifications Academic Qualification : B.E./B.Tech- Electrical/ Electronics ( Preferably with PGDBA /MBA in Marketing) Experience : 14- 18 Yrs Experience & Competencies Required : Market : In-depth understanding of Customer Segments ( PB, OEM, Contractors) & Market Segments and their needs. Technical Competencies : Knowledge on Electrical Power. Distribution Networks ( MV& LV both) & Designing philosophy. In-depth Knowledge of Power Distribution Offers ( VCB, ACB, MCCBs, Switching & Controlling, Transfer Switches & FD) and its applications Power Management Offers ( Energy Meters, PFC Components, AHFs) LV Systems( Busway System, LV Panels ) & its applications Functional Competencies : Influencing & Convincing, Presentation Skill, Communication skill, Relationship building, Collaborating Behavioral Competencies : Focus on customers, Fostering cooperation, Higher adaptability, Schedule: Full-time Req: 008TN0
