Job Title: Database Administrator Job Location: Delhi 5 Days working: Monday to Friday: Work from Office Only General Qualification: Graduate Language: English Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience Job objective Ensure availability and performance of multiple database systems (MS SSQL and Oracle) in an international team. Range from daily maintenance and housekeeping tasks to troubleshooting and performance tuning. Additional knowledge / skills / experience: Basic knowledge in overall IT Infrastructure In depth knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle DBS. Troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. Good understanding of IT security. Knowledge of Oracle (RAC) and MS SQL cluster technologies Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done Working within interdisciplinary teams Independent work and high personal responsibility Tasks / area of. responsibility Description: Administration and continuous improvement of multiple database environments (MS SQL and Oracle) in an international team. Setup and configuration of database systems according to the international database and security standards. Troubleshooting and performance tuning, patching and upgrades of production systems in APAC and, as a member of the international database service, worldwide.
