Job Purpose:

• To recruit and develop Personal Financial Advisor resulting in generation of new business and renewal of existing business.

            Age: 28 to 38 age

• 3 years BFSI experience

  Average tenure 1.5 years (last 2 orgs)

  Promotion One in last 3 years
