Role Purpose: The Quality Supervisor will oversee our company's quality assurance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, implementing guidelines, and developing QA programs to meet and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Analyse customer requirements and product knowledge to follow process control methods. Conduct various quality tests and inspections at different manufacturing stages. Ensure product compliance with customer requirements and maintain detailed inspection records. Handle ERP inputs, and customer complaints, and ensure continuous improvement in quality processes. Requirements: . Graduate/Diploma in a relevant field. Proven experience in quality control/assurance in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with quality standards and certification processes. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
