Roles and Responsibilities

- Performing the end to end banking governance and supporting month end closure activities

- Preparation of MIS reports and governance tracker

- Managing the banking governance operation of global treasury function

- Handling banking operation change management

- Leading the external conversation with bankers for smooth banking operations.

- Ensure timely documentation, agreement execution and KYC with banker

- Closely work on downstream

- Driving Key automation to increase overall efficiency of the process.

- To ensure meeting the regulatory requirement with respect to banking governance

- Supporting smooth audit closure

Desired Candidate Profile

- MCA/M.com/B.com with 3+ years of experience.

- Candidate with experience in banking governance and treasury function

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Basic Excel knowledge and any additional analytical tolls will be preferable
