Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement. Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and tracking. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and SEO-friendly content for blog posts, website pages, and social media. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a. Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including HubSpot, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, etc. Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Certification in digital marketing (e. g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, etc. ). Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills. Previous experience in B2B marketing.
