HR Head Contact Center
Location: NCR
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with vision, goals, and culture.
2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and acquire top tier talent. Develop innovative sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and streamline the on boarding process.
3. Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
4. Learning and Development: Develop a robust learning and development framework. Identify training needs, design training programs, and ensure continuous skill enhancement and career development opportunities for employees.
5. Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering effective communication between management and employees.
6. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage a competitive compensation and benefits structure, ensuring equity and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
7. HR Technology and Systems: Implement and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve overall HR efficiency.
8. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive DEI initiatives, promoting an inclusive workplace culture that celebrates diversity and ensures fairness and equality for all employees.
9. Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.
10. Change Management: Effectively manage organizational change, facilitate smooth transitions, and drive cultural transformation initiatives as the company evolves.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience (15-20+ years) in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or similar environment.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, fostering innovation and driving results.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
