Job Description

:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team, with a preference for male candidates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on hiring for the real estate sector.
  • Oversee attendance, payroll, and compliance with labor laws, ESIC, EPF, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements relevant to the real estate industry.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement activities tailored to the needs of the real estate workforce to foster a positive work environment.
  • Prepare HRMIS reports and analyze data to provide insights into HR metrics and trends specific to the real estate sector.
  • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and industry best practices in real estate.
  • Handle operational tasks related to the HR department efficiently to ensure smooth functioning, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably 2-4 years in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements relevant to the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Qualification (Preferred):

  • Experience in the real estate industry will be considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of specific HR challenges and practices within the real estate sector.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition strategies and retention techniques tailored to the real estate workforce.
