Job Location; Bangalore Bellandur 

Dear candidates,

We are looking for a Customer Care / Customer Support Role for the Credit Cards International Process
Handling inbound or outbound calls and/or emails.

Experience: 6 Months + Yrs

Age: 35 Below

Qualification: Any Graduate

Languages: Excellent English and Hindi Speaking
Salary: Upto 35000 NTH
Location: Bellandur (Bangalore)
Incentives: Average Incentives can be earned 5000 Rs
Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts ( As per the Business Requirement) For Females no night shifts, Shift ends at 7 PM
Week off: Rotational Week off
Non-Voice Process, Chat Process, Email process, Semi voice process
Should be comfortable using headsets/microphones for long hours
During Probation no Annual leaves or Casual leaves will be given, Only sick leave on submission of medical
Roles and Responsibilities
Handling inbound or outbound calls and/or emails
Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, and CSAT.
Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs.
Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, and customer service.
Ensure no errors occur while assisting customers
Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
Answer queries about products or the company.
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
Adheres to and supports company policies and practices
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.
- Must be a graduate/ 3 year diploma holder from a reputed university.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Candidates from Fintech, BFSI/ NBFC background will be preferred.
- Candidates must not have participated in an interview minimum for 3 months at Uni.
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs.
- Candidates residing in more than 15 kms radius of bellandur must be comfortable to relocate.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Compensation Details and benefits
- Maximum TH we will offer is 35,000 depending upon the experience and last drawn. Please source accordingly.
- Shift allowances and performance based incentives will be over and above the TH
- Bi weekly 2 week offs
