Position:** Recruitment Executive Shift Timing:** 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM Working Days:** 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) Training:** 1 Day training only Salary:** Commission-Based/Target based for the first 3 months - Post that, a Fixed Salary. 15 to 21k in hand. Languages Required:** English and Hindi (Both) Joining Date:** Coming Monday/Wednesday Requirements A laptop and Wi-Fi connection. An alternative SIM/number for candidate calls. A compatible phone for call recording. Experience in BPO Hiring is a must. No Freshers/IT Recruiters. Responsibilities Conduct interviews over the phone. Use various recruiting methods like job advertising/posting. Source. candidates from databases, social media, etc. Post a Job on various portals >> Take Interview on calls >> Align the interview in the company >> Follow up with them till the joining date.
