: Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled BPO Manager to oversee the establishment and management of our call centre operations. The BPO Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the call centre, managing a team of operators, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO or call centre management, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding performance targets Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in call centre software and technologies, including telephony systems and CRM platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
