Greetings. 

Our Client reputed Life Insurance Company recruits Sales Managers for the Bancassurance & Direct Channels in Chennai.

Job Role :

• Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches Sales Support
• Support the Customer Relationship Officer in the branch for Sales efforts, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, and accompanying client calls.
• Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance.
• to Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the bank through walk-ins, data mining, referrals, etc.

CTC upto Rs. 4 LPA + Incentives. 

 PREFERRED CREDENTIALS

• Graduation - Mandatory
• Fresher Graduates in 2023 who passed out, and possess better Communication Skills can apply. 
• Two-wheeler with DL must. 
• Should be willing to take up field sales. 
• Min 1-2 years of Field Sales Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, MFI, and Insurance. 
• Will be able to outshine in a competitive environment.
