Job Description for Performance Marketing Executive Responsibilities: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as click through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that drive engagement and conversions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and apply them to our campaigns. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify the most effective marketing strategies. and tactics. Utilise analytics tools and dashboards to generate performance reports and provide insights to the management team. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising platforms. Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms, to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience in optimising campaigns based on data-driven insights. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to drive performance improvements. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
