Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Relations Specialist at our Meerut location. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication. with clients. The role will involve regular interaction with clients and addressing their needs and concerns related to our services. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients Proven track record in customer satisfaction and client relations Experience in providing customer support and resolving issues Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include: Experience in the IT industry or related field Knowledge of web development, app development, or digital marketing Understanding of social media promotions and SEO Proficiency in multiple languages
