Job Description

Role Responsibilities Plan, design migration of on-premises SQL database to Azure SQL. Responsible to plan and conduct PoC on DB migration as required. Provision database leveraging single database, elastic pool, and azure managed instance. Ensure / db code is migrated and validated. Perform manual code changes as needed. Preform pre and post validation checks to ensure migration accuracy. Performance optimization, tuning and re-engineering as required. Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases.
