Job Description

: As a Business Analyst with Data Analyst skills, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive business decisions and strategy. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to various stakeholders within the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for data-driven solutions, and develop innovative strategies to optimize business processes. Responsibilities: Collect and analyze large. volumes of data from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights and trends. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key findings and performance metrics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis and modeling. Utilize Python programming skills to manipulate, clean, and analyze data effectively. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide analytical support for various business initiatives and projects. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, with strong proficiency in Python programming for data analysis. Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in [specific industry/niche] is a plus
