JD : Head Performance Marketing Reporting to Business Head Work location : Mumbai Need Someone From Edtech Background Only Job Responsibility: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns and Sales Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media - paid search, display, video, and social platforms. Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization - including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress Design, build and maintain our social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess. against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels Evaluate emerging technologies. Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 6-7 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at Ed-Tech and eduction related companies is preferable. Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads Have a understanding of organic acquisition such as Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Experience in Lead Generation in must Experience of designing and delivery of SEO plans and strategies, for both product & content pages SEO specialist.
