Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting industry research and customer interviews
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the market, customers, and buyers
• Educating internal teams about our customers and their challenges
• Enabling the Sales team with tools to communicate product value
• Collaborating with the Creative team on sales and marketing assets
• Managing new product and feature releases, including launch campaigns

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in Product, Product Marketing, or Marketing
• Experience with user research and conducting interviews
• Involvement in product or feature launches in a tech environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
• Experience in a high-growth company with a focus on execution
• HR/Recruiting industry experience or at an HR tech company is preferred
