Job Description

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for front end and Mid-level management of requirement received from your reporting manager
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, references, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resume and job applications
• Scheduling shortlisted profile for Face-to-face round of interview with Regional HR and Line manager
• Achieving walk-in target or Selection/Joinee target
• Taking follow up with candidate for interview process and joining formalities
• Coordinate with Client for Interview line up
