Job Description

Location: Chennai
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MBA (Good academic record in 10th, 12th, UG & PG preferred)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate qualified leads, follow up proactively, and convert them into business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions based on client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new areas of growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking for effective problem-solving.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferred but not mandatory) .
