Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Support Manager. The Application Support Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting application issues, and managing a team. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage and lead a team. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines. Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with experience in support roles in enterprise level with diverse IT Systems and possess a keen appreciation of business needs and strong interest in the. business process. Able to understand, appreciate and translate business problems into solutions. A highly motivated self-starter who possess positive mindset, a doer mentality, proactive with a strong sense of ownership. Strong stakeholder management including vendor management. Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business users. Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure on critical incidents and possess strong interest, passion in technology and its application.
