Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Resin Chemist. As a Resin Chemist at HomeFitt, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and testing innovative and safe waterproofing resin formulations. You will also be required to work collaboratively with the product development team to optimize existing formulas and ensure quality control standards are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field Must have experience in Plywood Industry Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in formulation development and. testing of aqueous and solvent-based resin systems Expertise in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GPC, FTIR, and NMR Experience in polymer characterization and resin synthesis, particularly those used in waterproofing applications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders Proven track record of meeting project timelines and deliverables
