Junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of GMP and other regulatory guidelines applicable to pharmaceutical production. Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting production equipment - Reactors, Extractors, Centrifuze, Clean Room Activity, Vaccume. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good. communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines. Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications. Roles And Responsibilities Perform batch production, operation, and maintenance of production equipment according to standard operating procedures. Ensure timely completion of production processes while adhering to quality and safety standards. Monitor and control production parameters to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and reports. Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and assist in equipment validation activities. Identify areas for process improvements and participate in process optimization initiatives. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures for hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to meet production targets and resolve any issues. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technologies related to production processes
