Principal Accountabilities: Primary responsibility includes consulting engagement delivery, client relationship and team management. Typical engagements include business strategy formulation and execution involving business, process and people transformation. Fin Service practice programs involve Strategy development, Balanced Scorecard design, Market & opportunity assessments, Process Improvements, Target Operating Model design, Organization restructuring and Technology programs. Role requires a good understanding of corporate and retail banking both at a conceptual and at an operational level. Good appreciation of banking technology and its application would be key. Understanding of emerging practices in digital banking and strong appetite for application of learning would be key. Job includes significant opportunities for active contribution of articles, thought leadership papers and industry engagement. Penchant for writing would be key.
