Job Description
Key Responsibility: -
- Settlement of Inter-company invoices (Import of goods and Services).
- Upload Import invoices in bank portal for settlement.
- Upload Export of Service invoices in GST portal.
- Update or mapped the Export of goods invoices with FIRC numbers.
- Prepare documentations related to Export of goods invoices to close in EDPMS.
- Keep various documents/files related to Import & export on the server.
- Prepare MIS reports on monthly/yearly basis.
- Assist to statutory and Tax audit process related to IC.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.com). Preferred basic knowledge of Custom Act, RBI regulations, Indirect taxation, Import & Export etc.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft and Oracle.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
