Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding their Credit Card accounts.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards always maintaining TAT.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred candidate profile
Good Communication Skills
Should be ok with Rotational Shift Timings and Rotational Week Offs
Location Will be Juinagar or Airoli , pl. be open to travel
