Job Description
- Key Strategic Tie-ups and relationship management for aggregator/Intermediary business
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to oversee the successful implementation of new development and enhancement projects with a specific focus on FASTag.
Conducting in-depth analysis of prepaid card trends, categories, and segments, with a focus on FASTag. Utilizing insights to drive the development of new and enhanced product offerings, aimed at acquiring new customers, enhancing customer experience, and reducing costs and risks.
Accountable for the P&L performance of FASTag, ensuring the delivery of targeted growth and achievement of revenue goals.
Providing comprehensive training and operational management to front-line sales teams, empowering them to meet and exceed sales targets.
Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between multiple inter-departmental teams and regulatory agencies such as IHMCL (Indian Highway Management Company limited), NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) and others.
