Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

• Retail property management, coordinating with key partners like property developers, landlords, project consultants, property brokers
• Coordination with various departments internally to ensure smooth store operations
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with landlords.
• Negotiations on rent
• Maintain the data and work on reports and dashboards

Preferred candidate profile:

• Any graduate or MBA fresher
• Should have good communication skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office tools
• Capable of working on reports and dashboards
• Good communication and negotiation skills
