Role & responsibilities
1. Work with allocated KMBL call center unit to achieve the business targets
2. Day-to-day business follow up & business co-ordination with the floor manager & teams
3. Relationship management with Team leaders, Team managers & verification team
4. Planning business promotions for the call center activities
5. Track the performance of each officer, TL & team. Identify areas of concern & upskill via training & mock calls
6. Providing training to new joinees at KMBL & handhold them on product calls
7. Continuous tracking & achievement of parameters business health
8. Audit calls officer wise on daily basis. (script adherence, sale quality, clarity in communication etc)
9. Investigate, follow up & resolve customer complaints within TATs
10. Doing customer calls for retail leads closure & BPOS transaction handling
11.Identify process gaps & work with various internal departments of KGI for resolution
Preferred candidate profile
1. Work Exposure: Candidate should have an exposure to call center sales environment in Insurance
2. Market Exposure: Candidate should have worked in Insurance market
3. Relationship Management Exposure: Candidate should have worked with distributors for sales deliveries
4. Target Industries: General Insurance & Life Insurance
5. Language abilities: Hindi, English, Local Languages (Any)
