Roles and responsibilities

• Build and drive seamless relationships with existing and new NBFCs and Banca partners in the region
• Manage key accounts : Banks
• Develop strategies to manage pipeline and meet sales goals
• Focus on driving top line targets for the region independently and with team.
• Establishing & Handling the Relationships with Banks/NBFCs
• Stake holders management internal & External
• MIS management & reporting

Key Requirements:

• Good relationship management skills
• Good Communication and negotiation skills
• Keen on taking ownership and responsibility, flexible and self-starter
