Job Description
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish Language.
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Good comprehension skills and ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
- Good composition skills and ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to use a desktop computer system
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
- Flexible with the working schedule
- Ability to approach problems logically and rationally
- Action oriented and self-disciplined
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Resolving Technical complex queries
- Escalation channel to drive solution of B2B queries
- Drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.

Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24*7)
