Job Description

HIRING - For a fresher CA Level 1 or CA level 2 appearing or not cleared/in progress candidates.

*Good to have 1-2 years of experience (Full time ) and not with CA firms which will be an added advantage.

Shift: Flexible with all shifts

The ideal candidate should have an ability to understand and comprehend legal concepts/clauses used in documents related to various financial engagements. He/She should be able to analyse, interpret the complex financial concepts in these documents and map these to standardized concepts in pre-defined data dictionary. He/She may have to use judgements while mapping these concepts. These judgmental calls should be taken based on sound and logical thinking. He/She must possess good communication skills and should be able to explain the thought process used for mapping concepts to all the key stakeholders.

He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Senior Analyst Roles & responsibilities:

• Responsible for standardizing financial concepts using a pre-defined data dictionary
• Independently handle clients establish self as a valued partner
• Learn and build domain expertise, assist in speedy remediation of issues, implement process improvements and build / enhance controls to prevent future escalations
• Participate in process/ group level initiatives
• Responsible for ensuring Process documentation is maintained in an updated fashion at all times

Functional & Technical Skills:

• CA Intermediate
• 2 to 3 years of work experience with an ability to understand finance and legal concepts
• Should be good with logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data.
