Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, implement features, and support platform delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues raised by customers.

• Design, develop, and configure creative solutions for sales opportunities and proofs-of-concept.

• Participate in hands-on working sessions, demos, and knowledge sharing across teams.

• Meet strict timelines and contribute to documentation and testing efforts.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of software development or configuring packaged applications (J2EE, Spring, React, etc.).

• Strong technical skills in front-end and back-end development, including experience with Java, JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Node.js.

• Familiarity with integration technologies (REST API, messaging, etc.) and source control (Git, Bitbucket).

• Experience with Guidewire products (InsuranceSuite, INOW) and Property Casualty Insurance is required.

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, BI tools, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).

• Agile development experience and a self-starter mindset.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, microservices, cloud-native development, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of machine learning, Python, NLP, and serverless technologies.
