Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager - HR (Talent Acquisition) located in Noida. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for day-to-day talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. candidates. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will oversee the onboarding process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Deep Knowledge of Mapping & Head Hunting.
