(Automotive) Experience 10-15 Location: Chennai JOB DESCRIPTION Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Responsible for Program Deliverables and meeting milestones on time. Supporting Customer Builds and Customer PSW Sign Off on Time. Ensure Quality. control of the products Responsible for Material cost, In-house tool costing, and vendor tooling cost Conduct team meetings and review project completion on a timely basis. Report MIS Key Performance Indicators: 100% Customer APQP deliverables to be met Timely Delivery as per project milestones. 100% quality adherence or nil Launch QR Manage Program costs within budget Person/Competency Specification Essential: Desirable: Knowledge: PM from Automotive background APQP deliverables knowledge. CFT handling Product knowledge (starters). QCD knowledge EV motors + controllers knowledge. Personal Skills, Attributes: 1. Hands-on experience in handling programs 2. Clear Communication, Adaptability, Decision making 3. Team Player Presentation Skills Managerial Handle multiple programs. Handle multiple locations Key Functional Competencies: 1. Program Management Capability 2. Team Management 3. Result Orientation 4. Customer interactions 5. Commercial Acumen Key Leadership Standards: 1. Creativity and Innovation 2. MIS on time 3. Own the programs. 4. Able to handle escalations quickly
