Job Description

Work closely with the business in deployment of manpower as per the
manpower budget and hiring TAT
Identify and Recruit Manpower for all Roles as per planned manpower requirement across the functions /
verticals with 100% SLA compliance
Handle entire recruitment life cycle for all the approved New positions / Replacements
Using different recruitment sources like Head Hunting, campus recruitment, Cold calling , Social Media
Recruitment, Job Portals etc
Manage vendor/consultancy at optimized outcome
Closing the manpower within deadline for all positions across vertical.
Directly responsible for Headhunting Key talents from other NBFCs/ Banks for critical roles.
Maintaining & updating the pool of potential candidates / competitor mapping etc
Ensuring BVC closure in Green colour code within timeframe.
Ensure Temp staffing within TAT
Enabling D&I hiring as per organization guidelines.
Ensure completion of assessment as per process and guidelines.
