Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Bengaluru. The Training Manager will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, designing and delivering training programs, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness. They will also be responsible for managing training budgets, coordinating training logistics, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals. Qualifications Experience in conducting training needs. assessments and designing training programs Strong presentation and facilitation skills Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory Experience in developing training materials and resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
