Job Description
Job Objective - We are seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented individual for airline
voice process role. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to airline passengers through voice interaction.
Job Location: Noida Sector 60
Role & responsibilities - Handle Inbound Calls from Airline Passengers. Assist customers with Flight booking, ticket cancellations, rescheduling, baggage inquiries, and other related services. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 Year of Travel Experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear and professional phone voice.
- Good knowledge of airline operations, ticketing system, and travel industry practices.
- Proficient in using travelling software GDS/ Amadeous system is required.
- Comfortable with rotational shift
