Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Handle organisation performance appraisals
Able to objectively coach and provide guidance to employees on work-related issues, policy interpretation and creative conflict resolution
Assist in execution of all HR related activities including survey, assessment, celebration, rewards and recognition program, wellness program, etc.
Handle internal and external audits
Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
Qualifications: Masters degree in human resource management
