The company owns and operates 14 hotels and resorts in Kerala and has been in the service industry for the past 4 decades. The hotels are located in Cochin city, Fort Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady, Kumarakom, Marari Beach Alleppey, Wayanad and Kovalam offering superior facilities and impeccable services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Purchase Manager at Abad Group of Hotels located in Kochi. The Hotel Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the overall procurement of goods and services for the hotel, ensuring that all purchasing activities are efficient and effective, and that all goods are of a high quality and delivered on time. The Hotel Purchase Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, and ensuring that the hotel meets. its financial and operational targets. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel procurement and purchasing Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
