We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team! As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.
As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach.
Telesales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
Persuading customers to purchase
Accurate record-keeping
Error-free processing
Lead generation
Qualification of Telesales Executive:
o High school diploma or Diploma
o Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
o Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation will be an added advantage.
Experience: 3 years products like (ERP/ HRMS/ CRM/ Document Management / Website Development/ Mobile APP)
Call Target: Daily 60 connected Calls.
Lead Target: Monthly 25 Lead Generation. Incentive: 10 % Incentive on sales value (For example: your monthly sale value is 1,00,000/- in a month, your incentive will be Rs.10,000/-)
Working Days: 5 days (Tuesday Saturday)
Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Notice Period: Immediate Joining.
